Founder and Technical Leader

I am Sasi Peri. With over two decades of experience in delivering innovative software solutions, I am a seasoned technical leader and architect. I have held senior leadership roles in top-tier companies like Morgan Stanley, JPMorgan Chase, GE Lighting (IOT Solutions), Cardinal Health, and ADP, driving efficiency and innovation. I am a passionate lifelong learner and open-source contributor such as SpringCloud. I have presented at prominent platforms including VMWare/SpringOne and Cleveland Java User Group. At Fourth Quest, I continue to challenge the status quo, delivering architectural strategies and complex technical solutions, empower innovation.

In addition to my industry experience, I have a strong background in mentoring and training. I taught at a STEM School run by GE, where I mentored kids in Math and Science. I taught Java programming to students transitioning into IT careers at coding boot camps. I also led corporate learning initiatives creating curriculums to upskill employees in immersion learning programs, and ran tech webinars, with industry experts. At Fourth Quest, I continue to challenge the status quo, delivering architectural strategies and complex technical solutions while fostering dynamic learning environments.

Our name, Fourth Quest, is inspired by the Vedic Sanskrit word "Tureeya," meaning "The Fourth," which refers to the ultimate state of consciousness for a spiritual seeker. Similarly, in the material world, the quest for knowledge, learning, and innovation begins once the three basic needs food, clothing and shelter are met. Thus, the name Fourth Quest symbolizes the journey beyond basic needs towards the pursuit of knowledge and improvement.
